AIMEE BECK
(Columbus, Ohio) has been dancing for fifteen years and has danced with CCB for the past five. She has danced in numerous productions with the company with her favorite roles including Clara and Dew Drop Fairy. Aimee is a Freshman Biochemistry major at CSU and participates in the Hughes Undergraduate Research Scholars Program. She would like to thank God for the gift of dance and her family and friends for their love and support.

LAUREL BRUBACHER
(Memphis, Tennessee) has been dancing since the age of three and has been a student at CCB since 1991. In 2000 she attended the World Masters at Vail Summer Intensive. She has danced numerous roles in THE NUTCRACKER including Spanish, Arabian, Candy Cane, and Dew Drop Fairy. She also appeared as a soloist in CCB's PAQUITA, CINDERELLA, SNOW WHITE, and as a Big Swan in SWAN LAKE.

MACKENZIE FOGELSON
(Flagstaff, Arizona) began dancing in 1999 and is in her third season with CCB. After receiving an English degree from Northern Arizona University, she completed an MA in Communication Development at CSU. Currently, Mackenzie runs her Web Development business mackfogelson designs. She would like to thank her husband Jon for his unconditional support, and her family & friends for their love and encouragement. Mackenzie extends a very special thanks to Melissa Corr.

LACI HARPER
(Fort Collins, Colorado) began dancing at CCB when she was six. This year she’s a senior at Fossil Ridge High School. Laci has performed in may CCB productions and her favorite roles include Clara and the Dew Drop Fairy from the Nutcracker. When Laci is not dancing she is riding her ponies. Laci would like to thank her family for all their love and support through all these years. She would also like to thank the Lord for her gift of dance and





RIKKE LISKA
(Salt Lake City, Utah) is a sophomore at Colorado State University and is going into her twelfth year of performing with CCB. She has performed in several CCB productions including SLEEPING BEAUTY, PETER PAN, THE NUTCRACKER, and ALICE IN WONDERLAND. She has also performed with the CSU dance department in LA BAYADERE, and several
modern dance pieces. She would like to thank her friends and family, especially her mom, for all their love and support.

ALLISON RUNYAN
Fort Collins, CO Allison has been dancing for 19 years, at CCB from 1990-1998, dancing roles in the Nutcracker as Clara and the Dew Drop Fairy, as well as many other roles. In 2003 she earned her BA in Art History, and has since danced locally in productions for Dance Connection, Dance Theater of Loveland, and Front Range Musical Theater. Allison enjoys singing as well. She is currently the store manager and buyer for Prima Bodywear.

ERICA SCHLEI
( Loveland, Colorado) has danced at Canyon Concert Ballet for sixteen years, seven years as a Company member and has performed in more than 30 CCB productions. She is in her sixth year teaching at Canyon Concert Dance Center.


VANESSA SCHLEI
( Loveland, Colorado) began dancing at the age of three with CCB and is now a member of the CCB Company. Her favorite roles include a Jewel in Snow White, and Arabian and Marzipan in Nutcracker 2003 and 2005. Vanessa teaches Intro 1&2, and Ballet 1 classes in the children’s program at CCB. She would like to thank her mom for all her love and support.

LEXI TSOI
( Salt Lake City, Utah) is currently a junior at Ridgeview Classical Schools and has been dancing with CCB for eleven years. She counts herself as one truly blessed for being able to dance in the company this season and would like to thank God for giving her this opportunity to glorify him and her exceptional parents for their love and continual support.

GRACE DIXON
( McAllen, Texas) Grace has been dancing since she was 4 years old. She has trained at Deborah Case Dance Academy, the Conservatory of Classical Ballet in Lubbock, TX, and now Canyon Concert Ballet for the past 4 years. She is a senior at Fort Collins High School and plans to attend college majoring in Architecture. Her favorite parts have been Snow and Flowers in the Nutcracker.

HANNAH ERNEST
(Fort Collins, Colorado) danced when she was younger and started dancing seriously four years ago at CCB. She has performed in Snow White, The Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, and The Nutcracker. She is currently a senior at Rocky Mountain High School and plans to attend a university next to pursue dance and physical therapy. She would like to thank her family and friends for their tremendous love and support, and God for giving her the gift of dance.

BAILIE HARPER
(Fort Collins, Colorado) is a 9th grader at Kinard Jr High. Bailie has been dancing at CCB since the age of 4. She has performed various roles in many CCB productions including several Nutcrackers, Snow White and The Wizard of Oz. When Bailie isn’t dancing she’s at the rodeos. She wants to thank God for the gift of dance and rodeo and thanks her family for their supports for all these years. This Nutcracker is extra special to Bailie because she has the honor to dance in snow and flowers with her 1st dance teacher, Amy Hughes– who she has always loved and admired.




KARLEEN HUGHES

( Arvada, Colorado) has been dancing for sixteen years but only began classical ballet training when she was 17. She has had training in jazz, lyrical, tap and modern and was a part of her high school's dance team. Currently, Karleen is a sophomore at Colorado State University studying dance and English. At CSU, she has performed in the Studio Night Dance Concert and Senior Concert Showcase performances. She would like to thank David Keener and Melissa Corr for allowing her this opportunity of being a part of Canyon Concert Ballet and also her family and boyfriend, Kevin, for their constant support and encouragement. Most importantly, Karleen gives thanks and praise to her Lord and Savior for her abilities and passion for dance.


EMMA ZAWACKI

(Fort Collins Colorado) is a sophmore at Ridgview Classical Schools. She has been dancing with CCB since she was three. Since then she has appeared in many shows in a variety of roles, but especially enjoyed dancing the role of Clara in the Nutcracker 2004. She would like to thank all her wonderful teachers, friends, and family, in particular, her mom for her love and encouragement.

CARA DOYLE
(Baltimore, Maryland) trained with Fernando and Karen Schaffenburg in Fort Worth, Texas, before moving to Fort Collins in 1991. She performed with the Company at CCB from 1991-1998. After graduating from CSU in 1998 with a BA in art history, Cara left dancing to pursue a career in event planning and coordination. She currently owns and operates Summit Lawn Care, Inc. with her husband Dave. Cara is happy to be dancing again and enjoys
promoting CCB to the community.






AMY HUGHES
( Lakewood, Colorado) has been performing with CCB since 1993. She received her dance training from
Colorado Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Ballet West. Amy is a writing coach at Lincoln Jr. High and teaches ballet classes at Canyon Concert Dance Center. She thanks her students for their enthusiasm and hard work. She thanks her husband Jeffrey, and their two children Brannon and Sadie, for the joy they bring her each day.
